So these past couple of days have been kind of...unreal, to say the least.
First, I got the news that my dad's sister passed away. She's had lupus since she was 7 and she was 62 when it finally caught up to her. She never let her lupus get in the way, though, and she fought to the end to have fun. She was a nurse and really inspired me. I have been going through the memories of her and I and I will miss her, but I am glad she's not suffering anymore.
My dog is injured and we don't know what's wrong. She was just laying there on our bed, while we were watching "UP" and she just started yelping and almost gasping for air. Now she won't put her back leg down and limps, it's so sad. We've been giving her some low dose aspirin, and watched her. She doesn't seem like she's TOO bad, she's just not as active and limps everywhere on three legs. So far everyone I've talked to is just to watch her for a few days. So, we're going to see what happens. While my sister, my dad, and I are in SLC, my mom is going to take her to work with her.
I also have been talking to this girl at work, and I have been seriously debating whether I should move into her apartment with her. She wants a roommate to help pay rent, and I've wanted to move out for sometime. I've weighed the good and bad, and there are seriously more good than bad. I have lived with roommates, and I know now kind of how to handle things. The nice thing is that my mom is just like 5 minutes away, so I can still come home and cry :P But I think about moving, and I get all excited. If I say "Oh, I better not," the next thing that pops into my mind is, "Why not? Why shouldn't I?"
Anyway, that's about it. I'm still trying to decide, but I haven't given it a whole lot of thought. I thought I would get the funeral out of the way first, and then ponder it. We leave for Salt Lake tomorrow morning and won't be back until Tuesday evening, so you may not even hear from me until Wednesday.

I'm sorry about your Aunt. That is very hard. Sounds like she lived a pretty amazing life though :)
As for moving out, you have wanted to for awhile... I say go for it :)
Aww, so sorry to hear about your aunt! *hugs*
Moving's a big and exciting decision :) I'm a big fan of pro-con lists (I used one just today, in fact!), but in the end you just have to do what feels right ;)
