Again, why am I doing this? Why am I taking an hour out of my day that probably won't even raise a lot of money, to help women clear across the world?
It's not the quantity. The thought really does count in my book.
I know that if you come out and just see and learn more about the Congo, even without doing the Yoga, and not donating a dime, just watching the video with us, you'll understand mine and my cousins' passions about this.
The women go through horrors that I can't even begin to imagine what that would be like if I knew one of my immediate family members were over there, suffering what they have for so long.
However, this is my sister. This is your sister. And she IS suffering.
All I'm asking is that you come by, do a little yoga with me, and learn more about the Congo. Just come by and see why I feel the way I feel.
One hour. One night. Many lives.
